Dear Mike:
Just wanted to send a note regarding the audit you did for me this summer. I thought you were personable, professional, and the information was explained in a manner as to how I should move forward to solve a six hundred per month heating bill. Since I reinsulated the attic my costs based on previous years kilowatt hour's verses this year is 17.6%. Based on those numbers I will have the cost of the audit and the insulation returned in less than four years. I also wanted you to know that I had an audit done by the electric company for free; you get what you pay for. Dear Mike,
Hi. Just wanted to let you know what happened after your very compressive thermal imaging report on my home. I started with some of the smaller corrections you detailed for me. I closed up some of the minor areas that gave an immediate relief for drafts and heat loss. I then had the attic fully insulated with a blown in insulation. The difference in comfort and lower costs for heating was dramatic.
